On Wednesday, March 14, about 25 students from the Beaver County, Pa., Blackhawk and Mohawk school districts visited Beaver Valley.

Students had the opportunity to step inside the Steam Generator Storage facility on-site to see the three new Steam Generators, and the Unit 2 Reactor Vessel Head in storage. Afterward, the group stopped by the Mechanical Maintenance Training building and ended their visit in the Site Simulator building where they learned the various processes and procedures needed to run a nuclear power plant.
