Does FirstEnergy offer financial assistance on bills?

Many of our customers may be unaware of the various special arrangements available to them, which often prevents them from taking advantage of financial assistance. We encourage our customers who have difficulty making ends meet to contact their utility company to enroll in payment plans or bill assistance programs. Click here to learn about the help available.
