Customer Shout-Out: Potomac Edison

A customer in Maryland recently submitted the following message of appreciation to all Potomac Edison employees who helped to restore service following a severe winter storm that impacted our service territory over the Dec. 24-25 weekend.

I would like to express my thanks to Potomac Edison repair personnel.

During the Christmas holiday, we had a terrible ice and windstorm, as did much of the country. Our power was out for a couple of days. The afternoon before Christmas, Potomac Edison repair personnel braved icy, bitterly cold conditions to repair our electrical service.

We truly appreciate their service under extremely adverse conditions. We have seen this type of performance on other occasions. I hope your company leadership acknowledges their exemplary efforts as they often go above and beyond.
