​Employees in Jersey Central Power & Light (JCP&L) Revenue Operations celebrated one year without an OSHA-recordable incident. There are 51 employees in the group, including field collectors and Customer Service representatives.

“This milestone could not have been accomplished without the team’s dedication and commitment to living our safety culture,” said Jason Wallace, manager, Revenue Operations. “We have the power to keep each other safe.”

Bargaining-unit employees in JCP&L Revenue Operations are represented by International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local 1289.
