The Women in Leadership Ohio employee business resource group (EBRG)  recently organized a volunteer day at Friends in Tents (F.I.T.) in Barberton, OH.

​The EBRG collected donations to provide snacks, personal care items and other goodies for stuffing stockings as gifts for homeless adults and to pass out at local Akron area recovery centers.

In addition to over 100 stockings, volunteers prepared and packaged food, organized personal care items, coats, shoes and other clothing items.

Friends in Tents is a non-profit organization that shares resources with lower-income families and homeless communities in the Barberton and greater Akron areas.
