The JCP&L DEI Implementation Team recently coordinated a meaningful opportunity for employees to engage with the community by partnering with Thurgood Marshall Elementary School in Asbury Park for their annual Read Across America program.

Employees volunteered their time to read books to children in kindergarten through second grade, fostering a love for reading and making a positive impact on young students. This initiative reflects JCP&L’s ongoing commitment to community involvement and strengthening connections within our footprint.
