Employees in our Ohio Edison and Potomac Edison Service areas participated in the American Red Cross Sound the Alarm event, where volunteers are invited into residences to install smoke alarms.

This group installed 22 smoke alarms in eight homes in Barberton, Norton and Springfield, Ohio locations.

Ten employees visited 30 homes and installed 94 smoke detectors in residences in Hagerstown, Md.
